This Service

This service is for those who require a university degree or transcript to be authenticated by a notary with a notary seal or certificate for those Universities that provide an online document authentication facility for example the www.myeQuals.edu.au system.

If the relevant university does not provide an online document authentication facility and requires us to contact the university student administration office to authenticate the document(s) then please book the service “Authenticate an academic transcript | record with a notary seal | certificate”.

The cost is $485 including GST per notarised document. Conditions apply.

This service is for those who require an apostille or DFAT authentication certificate for a notarised document from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (‘DFAT’) which can be used in the foreign destination country that has requested it.

This service option (Option 1) provides for the DFAT application to be lodged with DFAT (and returned to us) by registered post and will incur a minimum of 10 to 15 business days if not more turnaround time. However the actual turnaround time is variable and contingent on the Australian postal system and DFAT processing times and delays, all of which are not in our control.

If you require a faster and more certain turnaround time then please pick our fast tracked service (Option 2) which includes delivery of the DFAT application by hand and by appointment.

Cost

The cost is $320 including GST per apostille | authentication. Conditions apply.

Documents delivered to DFAT and finally returned to us by registered postage each way. As this option is contingent on entrusting the documents with the postal system we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any damage or loss to the documents while the documents are in the possession of the postal system or any loss or damage resulting from delays in the postal system or DFAT.

Finalised document with apostille | authentication to be picked up from our office by client by appointment.

This service is for those who require an apostille | DFAT authentication certificate for a notarised document from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (‘DFAT’) with an expedited and more certain turnaround time compared to service option 1.

Service option 2 provides for the DFAT application to be lodged with DFAT by hand at an appointment with DFAT and returned to us by hand and should incur a maximum turnaround time of 5 business days if not less. However the actual turnaround time is contingent on DFAT sticking to their own turnaround policy which is not in our control.

This Service

This service is for those who have been expressly invited by us to book an appointment via this specific service.

Cost

Even though the cost maybe shown as $175 on the booking facility, the cost will be in the absence of a prior agreement in writing as per our published schedule of fees, however a minimum cost of $175 will be applied at the time of booking the appointment.

If payment in addition to the payment paid at the time of booking is required then the additional payment will be required at the end of the appointment or as otherwise specified by us and before any notarised documents are released unless we have agreed in writing otherwise beforehand.
