This service is for a signatory who is required to execute a document in a personal capacity (ie not on behalf of a corporation) witnessed and certified by a notary with a seal or a notary certificate.

The cost is $300 including GST per document signed by one signatory, if booked on line. Conditions apply.

An allowance of up to 12 minutes of the notaries time to attend to the service.

An allowance for a single signatory and a single document of up to 5 pages.

Verification of the signatory's identity and witness execution of the document with a notary certificate/seal.

A copy of the signatory's identification documents as supplied without quality manipulation will be included in the notary certificate

This service is for 2 signatories who are required to execute a document not in a personal capacity (ie not on behalf of a corporation) witnessed and certified by a notary with a seal or a notary certificate.

An allowance of up to 12 minutes of the notaries time to attend to the service.

An allowance for 2 signatories for the same single document of up to 5 pages.

If the service you have booked cannot be timely completed because:you did not timely provide the requested document copies prior to the appointment then a return appointment will be required.

If you do not provide any requested document copies prior to the appointment then document scanning services (electronic) will be required as an additional chargeable service.

If document copies you provide in advance of the appointment are not pre populated with all the necessary information then an addditional charegable servcie additional charges may apply to review and populate the document as an additional service and may require a return appointment as an additional service.

If document copies you provide are of unsuitable quality then document scanning services (electronic) or document manipulation services may be required as an additional service, and a return appointment may be required.

This service is for a signatory who is required to execute an affidavit, declaration or other document on their own behalf witnessed and certified by a notary where the document includes an expressly provisioned jurat clause for the notary to witness the signing and to record details of the identity documents used to verify the signatories identity.

This service is for those who require an ASIC issued Certificate of Incorporation or a company extract (current or historical) to be authenticated by a notary with a notary seal or certificate.

This service is for those who require a university degree or transcript to be authenticated by a notary with a notary seal or certificate for those Universities that provide an online document authentication facility for example the www.myeQuals.edu.au system.

If the relevant university does not provide an online document authentication facility and requires us to contact the university student administration office to authenticate the document(s) then please book the service “Authenticate an academic transcript | record with a notary seal | certificate”.

The cost is $485 including GST per notarised document. Conditions apply.

An allowance of up to 15 minutes of time to liaise with you and complete the verification process online with the issuing body. If additional time to the allowance is required or necessary, we reserve the right to add charges for the additional time at the rate of $210 per hour.

This service is for those who require an academic degree or transcript to be authenticated by a notary with a notary seal or certificate for those educational providers that do not provide an online authentication validation facility requiring us to contact the relevant issuing authority to authenticate the document(s).

An allowance of up to 60 minutes of time to liaise with you and complete the verification process with the issuing body. If additional time to the allowance is required or necessary, we reserve the right to add charges for the additional time at the rate of $210 per hour.

This service is for those who require an apostille or DFAT authentication certificate for a notarised document from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (‘DFAT’) which can be used in the foreign destination country that has requested it.

This service option (Option 1) provides for the DFAT application to be lodged with DFAT (and returned to us) by registered post and will incur a minimum of 10 to 15 business days if not more turnaround time. However the actual turnaround time is variable and contingent on the Australian postal system and DFAT processing times and delays, all of which are not in our control.

If you require a faster and more certain turnaround time then please pick our fast tracked service (Option 2) which includes delivery of the DFAT application by hand and by appointment.

Cost

The cost is $320 including GST per apostille | authentication. Conditions apply.

Inclusions

Up to 6 minutes of the notaries time to receive the notarised document and your instructions.

DFAT official fee for one apostille or DFAT authentication certificate.

Documents delivered to DFAT and finally returned to us by registered postage each way. As this option is contingent on entrusting the documents with the postal system we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any damage or loss to the documents while the documents are in the possession of the postal system or any loss or damage resulting from delays in the postal system or DFAT.

Finalised document with apostille | authentication to be picked up from our office by client by appointment.

We require the notarised document to be brought to the appointment if we do not have the notarised document already in hand or we are not notarising the document ourselves.

This service is for those who require an apostille | DFAT authentication certificate for a notarised document from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (‘DFAT’) with an expedited and more certain turnaround time compared to service option 1.

Service option 2 provides for the DFAT application to be lodged with DFAT by hand at an appointment with DFAT and returned to us by hand and should incur a maximum turnaround time of 5 business days if not less. However the actual turnaround time is contingent on DFAT sticking to their own turnaround policy which is not in our control.

If you require a faster turn around time then please call our office to discuss your requirements.

The cost is from $570 including GST per apostille | authentication. Conditions apply.

This service is a fixed fee appointment for a consultation with a notary of up to 15 minutes to help you clarify or identity your notary requirements if you are uncertain or unclear.
